Terry Phillips, one of the attorneys on my staff, celebrated 15 years with DeKalb County recently. He received a 15 year pin, cake and ice cream, well wishes from his colleagues and My Music at Midnight from me.

I chose this quilt for Terry because he loves music. Since we are celebrating Mardi Gras today, it seemed a perfect quilt to share with my readers as well.
