Friday was a day of celebration in DeKalb County as LaTisha Dear was sworn in as a DeKalb County Recorder’s Court Judge. Be Ready! #2 (Even If You Don’t Get to Go)  seemed to be the perfect little quilt to mark a special life milestone.

I know she is going to be a great judge. She is determined and strong.
