Quilt Studio Research

I have engaged in some intense research as I turned my attic into my new quilt studio. One of the books I found very helpful is Creating Your Dream Sewing Space. I also studied Dream Sewing Places.

The heavy construction part of my renovation project is over, and now we are entering the finishing stage. Now that I am nearing the fun part of my studio project (decorating), I am trying to figure out where all my stuff will go. This week I purchased Organizing Solutions For Every Quilter to get some organizing ideas. These and other books about creating your perfect quilting space can be found in my Quilt Studio Book Store.

What resources did you use when setting up your studio?

I hope one day to have a full quilting space. I turned my sons bedroom into my studio and its small it will have to do for now but nontheless it gets the job done!
I can’t wait to see the end result of your studio!,
