Normally this time of year, India and I enjoy a spring break cruise. Cruising during spring break has been a long tradition of ours, and I attribute those cruises to our strong bond today. However, this year life intervened (she was managing the girls basketball team at PITT and I was working at Holland & Knight) and prevented us from taking our annual cruise. So this week I am feeling nostalgic. I have gone back and looked at old pictures, pulled my cruise quilts out of storage and remembered the happy times.
My quilt Enchantment of the Seas is one of my many quilts that commemorates our travels. This quilt commemorates spring break 2002.
Ever one to take my own advice, I am busy planning our next happy memory. We missed spring break, but there is always summer. And until summer, I can always make a happy quilt!
