A Mother’s Glory Finds a New Home

A Mother's Glory, 33 x 33 inches, by O.V. Brantley, 2009.

All who know me, know that I consider raising my daughter India my greatest work — greater than any degree, greater than any job. I made A Mother’s Glory to convey that sentiment.

This quilt was recently purchased by a collector in Little Rock, Arkansas as a birthday gift for his wife. When he bought the quilt, I told him his wife was very lucky to have married a man who loves quilts.

I hope the rest of my male readers will follow his lead.
