Happy Mother’s Day!

A Mother's Glory, 33 x 33 inches, by O.V. Brantley, 2009. For sale at http://www.ovbrant.etsy.com

I have enjoyed every minute of my 18+ years of being a mother. I think most mothers feel this way. Not being one who ever indulged in self-hatred, I have tried to make India an improved spitting image of me.  On most days, I think I have been successful. So on this special day, as we approach the graduation from high school milestone, I am taking a moment to pat myself on the back. I did good, if I do say so myself. LOL

Happy Mother’s Day!
