Gonna Be a Star, 36 x 47 inches, by O.V. Brantley, 2010.

 

Gonna Be a Star was a gift for the son of Assistant Lovett Lady Lion Coach Mareka Howard. Que attended most of our games, and he never seemed to mind being fawned over by lots of players and Moms of players.

Que sleeps and breathes basketball,  so I cannot imagine that he won’t grow up to be a star.
