Let’s Pull Together

Let's Pull Together, 31 x 32 inches, by O.V. Brantley, 2009.

I spent yesterday in a seminar sharpening my mediation skills. I love mediating because it encourages people to voluntarily resolve their disputes. After 39 years of litigating in court, I can say without a doubt that mediation is a better way of resolving disputes.

One of the reasons I quilt is because quilts have a calming effect on people. Let’s Pull Together is a quilt that springs from my desire for civil cooperation to resolve problems.
