Safari WindDown

Safari WindDown, 64 x 42 inches, by O.V. Brantley, 2009. For sale at http://www.ovbrant.etsy.com

The week between Christmas and New Year’s is always a great time to wind down. Everything slows down as people take a much needed recuperation period. I use this time to reflect on the past year, to plan for the new year and to re-connect with old friends who have some time off from work.

Safari WindDown shows a different kind of wind down, but the principle is the same. After a period of hard work, the body needs rest, fun and friends. This quilt is offered for sale in my Studio Store.
