Once again all facets of my life collide. Commissioner Bill Edwards, one of my bosses while I was Fulton County Attorney, will cut the ribbon at the Brown Sugar Stitchers Quilt Show August 1, 2009 at 10 a.m.

Always, more than just a boss, Commissioner Edwards is my personal commissioner, a friend and a lover of quilts. He always admired the quilts hanging in the confrence rooms in my office, so when he bought a new home, I made District 7  for him and presented it as a housewarming gift.

Join Commissioner Edwards, me and the rest of the Brown Sugar Stitchers at the quilt show at South Fulton Arts Center, 4645 Butner Road, College Park, GA 30349. Show hours are 10 m. – 6 p.m. on opening day.
